Using the Resolution Center
Clients and Solution Providers can use the Resolution Center to Address Issues related to an Order. While We Strongly Encourage both Parties to Resolve Problems Independently through the chat feature Provided, the Resolution Center is Available as a Support Tool when Direct Communication does not Lead to a Solution. Several Options are Offered within the Resolution Center to help Resolve Matters Conveniently and Efficiently.
Request Extended Timeline
Without canceling the order or requesting arbitration, a seller can request additional time to complete a job by using the Resolution Centre. The seller must propose a new deadline, which the buyer can choose to accept. If the buyer agrees, the order's submission time will be extended accordingly based on the number of extra days requested.
Mutual Cancellation
This occurs when both the seller and buyer agree to cancel the order. In such cases, both parties must consent to the cancellation. Once accepted, the buyer's Unilancerss account will be credited with the corresponding amount. The buyer can then submit a withdrawal request to transfer the funds to their payment provider account.
Request Arbitration
This option is available when both the buyer and seller are unable to reach a Mutual Agreement. In such cases, the issue will be escalated to the Unilancerss team for review. We will contact both parties and take the necessary steps to resolve the dispute.
While we strive to provide a resolution as quickly as possible, the duration of the arbitration process may vary depending on the complexity of the case. Please note that Unilancerss' decision will be final and must be accepted on an “As Is” basis.
